Shocking deals are products that had been put together by each of the product merchandising managers at 11Street, usually at huge discounts if compare with their normal list price. Buyers looking for bargains usually browse through this section first, usually on random shopping with no specific target.

Buyers who knows what they are looking for will generally search for the products through 11Street's search engine, or landed on the product page through leads from the daily 11Street email EDM, 11Street mobile apps alerts, or subscriptions through the 11Street Line account.
11Street's Coupon systems
The discount structure on 11Street is driven by the various Shopping Cart Coupons that they are offering throughout the whole 11Street site.
What is a shopping cart coupon?
The shopping cart coupon is applicable to a purchase whose amount meets certain predetermined conditions (e.g. minimum purchase of RM30). They are offered at specific discount rate, usually with a maximum cap amount, and valid between specific dates.
Where do I get these coupons?
You must get access to 11street, either through their online marketplace portal at www.11street.my, or through the 11Street mobile Apps (see the last section of this post on how to install their mobile apps).
Various promotion coupons are usually available on the landing page of the web portal or mobile App. Some are only applicable for specific products on promotion, some for specific product categories (e.g. electronics, or Home & Living), some applicable for the all products across the whole marketplace stores.

TIPS: Coupons from 11Street will usually be released at 11:00 am daily, or specific time as promoted by each coupon categories, limited from a few hundreds to 1,000 coupons per day on first come first serve basis, you'll need to know the specific time each coupon category is available, be there as early bird to download one.
The following is an example of coupon offered by Citibank, where you can find at the "Partnership" section of the landing page on 11Street.
After clicking on the Citibank link, you will see the numbers of coupons available for the period, and the remaining numbers available for the period. Click on "Download" to grab the coupon.
Validity of coupons
Usually there are validity dates for coupons, most last 7 days.
Note that a post-purchase cancellation or return may lead to loss of your eligibility for shopping cart coupon discount, and if this occurs the discount may be withdrawn, not sure whether the applied coupons will be returned to your account.

How do I apply the Discount Coupon?
You must apply the Discount Coupon to purchase items you order at discounted prices.
Discount coupons are used when making payment for purchase of items, here is how to apply.
1. You must have items in your shopping carts;
2. Go to [Order/Payment > Discount Coupon/Coupon] and 'Apply Coupon'.
3. Select a coupon(s) from the Apply Coupon popup window and click 'Apply'. Only applicable coupons will appear on the Apply Coupon popup window.
※ Please note that you can apply only one free shipping rate coupon even if there may be multiple shipping rates incurred from placing several different items from different sellers.
There's a catch in the discount rate!
Note: There are usually caps in the discount where maximum discount redeemable is RM30, RM50 or RM100, depending on the promotion coupons.
What types of coupons are available?
- Item Discount Coupon: This coupon is applicable to a single item only.
- Instant Discount Coupon: This coupon is applicable to as many units of the eligible item as you purchase.
- Free/Discount Shipping Rate Coupon: This coupon exempts or discounts the domestic shipping rate.
- Shopping Cart coupon: This is applicable to a purchase whose amount meets predetermined conditions.
More Goodies on 11Street mobile Apps
Most online shopping sites are now encouraging their buyers to have their mobile apps installed, as it is much more easier to reach buyers through apps than web, in which buyers need to sit in front of the PC to access the product page. In addition, any promotion messages on mobile apps can reach buyers easily and instantly as most people have their mobile with them all the time these days.
